Christmas
Anne Lise Mellbye, who owned and ran the farm with her husband Johan, wrote the book Jul i Norge (Christmas in Norway). In it she describes the preparations at Grefsheim: the house to be decorated, the food to be made, the songs that were sung and the traditions handed down from generation to generation.
